Product and fitment questions
Include the listing URL or SKU and tell us which detail you need to check. Where available, send:
- Your equipment brand, model and serial number.
- The original part reference from the parts diagram or the old part.
- The deck or engine model, where relevant.
- The dimensions, mounting details or kit quantities you are comparing.
- Clear photographs of the part label or the area you need to identify.
A photograph or brand name alone may not establish compatibility. Compare the part reference and specifications with your equipment documentation before ordering or installation.
Orders and delivery
For an existing order, include your order number, the affected SKU and a short description of the issue. For a damaged, incorrect or incomplete item, keep the packaging and send clear photographs of the item, shipping label and supplied components.

Returns and refunds
Email us before sending an item back. Include the order number, item SKU and reason for the request, and wait for return instructions and the confirmed return address. Review the eligibility requirements in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information by email. For privacy questions, use the same support address and read our Privacy Policy.
